Wajer — end-caps & trim
The challenge
Trim parts aboard a Wajer are permanently on show — and permanently outside. End-caps and cupholders therefore have to be visually flawless and stand up to sun, salt and intensive use. And because these parts return on multiple boats, every piece has to be identical to the last.
Our approach
For small, high-visibility parts, tooling is the key. Every shape is carefully designed to release from the mould without compromising appearance or function. We lay the visible carbon with consistent fibre orientation and finish with multiple layers of clear coat — matched to the outdoor climate.
The practical side is considered too: where needed we fit cupholders with drainage, so moisture is carried off efficiently. Form and function, down to the smallest detail.
The result
Visible carbon details that blend fully into the upholstery and finish of the boat, with repeatable quality in series. From cupholder to flag pole: every detail adds up.
