Fiber. Shape. Perfection.
Carefree from concept to composite
Carbon you can see has to be perfect. We build visible carbon and composite parts — from one-off custom work to series production, from design to clear coat.
What we do
Composite production that's right — down to the fiber
Where carbon stays visible, the finish is not an afterthought — that is where our craft begins. Carbon Werk covers the full journey: design review, tooling, laminate build-up and clear coat. One point of contact, from first sketch to installed end product — for yacht building, automotive and series production.
- Visible carbon interior parts — consoles, dashboards, panels with perfect fibre orientation.
- Trim parts in series — cupholders, end-caps, mouldings. Identical quality, piece after piece.
- Structural parts — where weight is critical and strength must be provable.
- Clear coat finishing — depth and gloss that stand up to UV and the marine climate.

From idea to perfect end product
Design review
We test the design for manufacturability before anything is final. Fibre orientation, radii, visible faces — we think along from the very first sketch.
Tooling & engineering
Based on the approved model we CNC-machine the plug and pull a high-grade carbon mould from it. Only after thorough inspection — down to the smallest detail — does the mould go into production.
Production
High-grade prepreg carbon, CNC-cut and laid into the mould by hand following a custom lamination plan. Cured in the autoclave under high pressure and temperature, then robot-milled — accurate to a hundredth of a millimetre, exactly the same every time.
Finishing & delivery
Hand-sanded and built up in six careful coats of lacquer, with quality control between every layer. Finally the coating cures in the oven, followed by a last inspection before delivery.
Who we work with
From one-off to series production
We work best with clients who involve us early. A designer looking for the right fibre for an interior vision. An engineer with a hard weight target. A brand that wants to build a series without compromising on finish. One piece or hundreds per year — the quality standard stays the same.
Our promise: a design review within a week, samples of laminate and clear coat options, and a quote with clear phasing.
