Wherever carbon has to perform

From one-off custom work to hundreds of pieces per year — for yacht building, automotive and series production.

Yacht building

Carbon finishing for yacht building

Where visible carbon stays on show in the interior or on deck, every detail becomes a statement about quality and craftsmanship. We make those statements real — for builders, designers and refit yards.

  • Cockpit consoles and dashboards with visible carbon panels.
  • Pilot seats and seat shells — form-stable and light.
  • Cupholders, end-caps and trim strips in visible carbon, also in series.
  • Deck hatches and access panels in carbon execution.
  • Interior panels, tabletops and furniture elements.
  • Structural parts where weight is critical.

Automotive & mobility

Where weight and precision make the difference

The same precision that makes a yacht interior seamless keeps a race car at speed. For automotive and mobility we produce visible carbon exterior and interior parts as well as structural components — such as carbon rotors for the electric motor of a solar race car, dimensionally accurate to a hundredth of a millimetre.

From tuner to engineering team: wherever carbon has to perform and look uncompromising, we are happy to think along from the design stage.

Series production

Consistent quality, piece after piece

Series production in visible carbon takes more than a good mould: every batch has to be visually identical to the last. Thanks to vacuum moulds, robot-controlled milling and a fixed lamination plan we deliver series with consistent quality — such as the roughly 200 carbon pilot seat shells we have produced for Wajer every year since 2022.

And series never means standing still: with every production run we refine the product further, from inserts to ease of assembly.

Why Carbon Werk

Where we make the difference

Other composite companies can build carbon too. We focus on the finish — the visible side where most workshops fall short. Tooling that lines up exactly, laminate build-up with real attention to visible fibre orientation, and a clear coat that does not yield to UV, chemicals or time.
