Custom work
Custom carbon fiber parts
From a single piece to hundreds per year — carbon parts made to order, from design to clear coat.
What's possible
Having carbon parts made — what can we build?
Almost any part that needs to be light, strong or simply beautiful can be made in carbon. We produce to order for yacht building, automotive, industry and private clients with a serious project.
- Visible carbon interior and trim parts — consoles, panels, trim, cupholders.
- Housings and covers — for equipment, engines or instruments.
- Structural components — where weight is critical and strength must be provable.
- Replacement parts — an existing part remade, but in carbon.
- Prototypes and small series — from first sample to repeatable production.
We work with prepreg carbon, glass and aramid fiber, finished with clear coat in high gloss or matte — resistant to UV, chemicals and marine climate.
How it works
From idea to carbon part in four steps
1. Design review
Send a 3D file (STEP), drawing, sketch or the original part. We check manufacturability, fiber orientation and mould release — before anything is final.
2. Tooling
We design and build the mould that fits exactly. For series: vacuum moulds that deliver identical quality for hundreds of parts.
3. Production
Laminate build-up to a fixed lamination plan, dimensionally accurate to a hundredth of a millimetre through CNC finishing.
4. Finishing
Clear coat in multiple layers, hand-sanded, with quality control between every layer. High gloss or matte.
Proof
Custom work that proves itself
No promises, just production: parts we made to order for our clients.

Series production: pilot seats
About 200 carbon seat shells per year — custom work that became a series.

Technical: carbon rotors
Ultralight and dimensionally accurate to a hundredth of a millimetre.

Having carbon made — what you want to know
Can I have a single carbon part made?
Yes. We produce both one-off custom parts and series. Keep in mind that for a single piece, the tooling (mould) drives most of the cost — we will tell you honestly up front whether custom carbon makes sense for your application.
What does a custom carbon part cost?
The price mainly depends on tooling, size, quantity and the desired finish. A small trim part in series is very different from a one-off structural component. Send us a sketch or drawing and we respond within one business day with a first estimate.
What files or information do you need?
Ideally a 3D file (STEP) or technical drawing, but a sketch or even the original part is enough to get started. From the design review onwards we advise on manufacturability and material choice.
What is the lead time?
As an indication, count on a few weeks for a first part, depending on tooling and finish. For series we plan fixed production runs, so follow-up deliveries are faster. Every quote includes a concrete schedule.
